I already got that Bosch manual too. I've read through it a couple times but the only conclusion I've come away with is that they deserve the money they get.
So how much money should these injector rebuilds cost? $60 per injector, including the $20 per tip, would be a good price?
How long does the rebuild take if I drop them off in town?
That'd be $360, for $400 I could get POD's, but I'd need water injection and turbo mod's to do that. And then I would be hazing lots more at idle, so it would defeat the purpose, wouldn't it? Now I'm starting to think like the government...
I got the 9 mm injectors, so I don't think there is much I could upgrade to without paying ~$800 for customs, which I'm not ready for yet regardless. Maybe buy some 7 mm 190's in case I ever wanted to put a 7 mm head on...
