B 1-2 Turbo Question

Postby 90FIRSTGEN CUMMINS » Sun Sep 13, 2009 10:33 am

Ok I found a good deal on a B 1-2. It needs a wastegate actuator. Ive been looking and it seems like it has a different size exhaust flange on it. It measures 4 and 5/8 to the outside. It also has some shaft play but i will have it rebuilt. The reason I am asking about about the exhaust flage is I dont think it is the same as a hx 40 and not sure what to ask for when I need a flage to make my twins. KTA you might have the same thing on your b1 but Im not sure.

Ok I checked with source auto and they dont have any adapter flanges for a marmon. Anyone out there have any suggestions where to look for flanges for this style flange. Thanks Jason

Call Gillett Diesel, they may have it. They have a good price on their flanges as well. Just got a 4 inch vband flange and clamp from them for $15 for my friends s300 install.

Will do. I would like to just get a flange that goes from what i have to a hx40 vb flange so If I buy a hot pipe for my twins I can just get a s300 to and s400 and later on if I get ride of this turbo and get a s300 I can still use the pipe. Thanks Jason
