I used to pull the fuel return line and then pop it loose with a 13mm deep 1/4 drive socket. Then I turned the screw with screwdriver bit in a socket, same drive size.

Screwdriver and hammer to tap the jam nut loose, wedge a 1/4" boxend over the threads to turn the Allthread piece.

I used Begle's method, with the exception of using a small screwdriver to turn the all-thread. After about 6 adjustments, the jambnut looks like it went through a feed mill grinder.

It looks bad after 6 adjustments, but it works for 12 adjustements.

Who doesn't have the pump off at least once every 12 adjustments?

I had a problem with the jamb nut on mine(froze up solid after 1/2 turn).
I put another jamb nut on the other end of the screw.
6x1.00 (jamb nut, specifically thinner!) I bought from the local hardware
store. It's easier to adjust for me, and I have a reference point for stock settings,
from the idle adjustment screw jamb nut frozen!
I lost track of the the fuel screw settings along time ago!

Small cold chisel & hammer. Nice and easy!
