Judging from that picture, something's crooked... It might be that the bed isn't square any more. The frame shop guy from next door said that the frame was crooked; haven't gotten a second opinion yet, though.
This picture makes me think that the bumper was pushed forward a bit too. Funny how you don't notice things until a couple days after your hit. (Notice the nice acid marks all over from the guy's exploded battery, too...)
I wasn't sore until the night when I went to bed, then I woke up really sore and not being able to move my head more than 45 degrees in either direction. A nurse friend said that it was normal, but to get X-rays just to be safe; the X-rays checked out fine, and the soreness and mobility came back in a couple days.
Didn't stop the doctor from prescribing me Vicodin and Flexeril though... I just needed Advil.
If my head broke the window, I'm pretty surprised that I didn't have any soreness or easter-egg on the back of the cranium. Maybe it's like a tornado pushing a straw through a brick.
