Getting into the ban game isn't really what this place is about as far as I'm concerned. Both Jeremy AND Bill are well respected (maybe in different circles :D ) members of this community.

I would REALLY appreciate it if everybody would work together to keep this kind of behavior to a minimum around here.

I just went through a whole lot to get this place upgraded and paid all the bill's for the next year of runnin the place. I take it personally when ANYBODY threatens what all of the members have worked towards for the last couple years. So please, keep that in mind when you post stuff.

That is all.

Thanks,
The rear in Jeffs truck is an GM Corporate HO72 also refered to as an Eaton.

I posted a thread about it a while back.

BTW I don't think anyone should be banned but I do get tired of the bitchin back and forth. Although that is when some of the best info comes out.

I do want to see some records broke though. :D

hey-Hey!!!,
I don't think that's the case. Exhaust ports in the V, dual inlet exhaust snail and what has always looked like a single compressor. Seen them fairly far apart over the last year, but have not yet had the pleasure of dismantling a turbo yet...:) There is also a variable geometry control on it. It is pretty neat, but there is too much expense involved for me to *REALLY* want one...heck, if I wanted to really start playing I'd go put a P-pumped 4BT in a 1985 F250...heh-heh-heh...

This has been one of the most informative post I've read on a forum in a long time. That's a good running truck.

So, is that a 2.6" charger?

I was thinking about how a VE could spin a 2.6 and found this post 2nd from the top! God's guiding hand! :brilsmurf:

1 inch equals 25.4mm, a 2.6 is 66mm. I think they said the Garrett on stillsmokin's truck was bigger than 75mm. Anyways my 92 did pretty decent with a silver bullet, the Diesel Pros cam really helped light it, but it wasn't terrible even with the stock cam.

The charger Jeff had on in the video was a 74mm Garrett GT4202 which would put it in a 2.8 class

The original video test was garrett Gt4202 which is a 75/102 wheel. Competitive turbo for the Borg Warner S475SX. Actually its a 3.0 charger. Since then I have run an S465, 2.6 Borg Warner for the last 2 years with a pretty successful record. I have pushed it as hard as 65 PSI and it has served me well.
