Windshield wipers?

Postby jeff77indy » Sun May 30, 2010 4:37 am

The wipers on my '92 won't go to the park position when the switch is placed in the off position. They work in delay and low/high speeds.
Any ideas?

Thanks

They stop in the position they are at when the switch is turned to off. This is the same in all modes. They do run in delay and in all speeds. But will not go to park just stop when turned off.

You basically have a busted park in the motor. Not sure if it can be fixed. You may need to replace it. I have had them frig up in a chevy before and the wipers would run with the switch removed. :D

Thanks, that was what i figured. I guess I'll be heading to the salvage yard down the road, he pretty much specializes in these old Dodge trucks.
