Thats right...and IIRC it was cheaper than cummins. I hope this stuff is more wallet-friendly too.

If your still looking for the parts, source auto can get'em and they'll ship. Course once you add in shipping it might not make it worth it. I got my set up from them for under 250 to my door, but I'm pretty close to there shop.

i never did this swap, as i sold the truck and it ran fine until the day i did so. i bought everything but the pump itself, and i had $40-some dollars in it from the case/ih store. waaay cheaper than cummins.

Ya I shoulda went direct to the cummins shop instead of throught the local diesel speed shop. I didn't know about the case dealer savings. Oh well it's just money.

Hey Pete, getting the parts at the Case dealer gets you the piston pump parts for less the $125, including the pump? Don't know if telling the Case dealer that Pete sent me will do anything since I'm something like 3000 miles from you. I need to do this bad, since pulling the fuel pressure down to 2psi isn't hard for me, even with a clutch of questionable integrity.

prolly not, as pete gets an employee discount. i dont recal the price of the pump for sure, but somewhere around the $115 seems to stick in my mind. and the rest of the stuff totalled $40-ish, so you should be looking at the $150-$175 area

Thanks RumbleFish. $150-175 is still better than $250.

Ran today at Emerald Coast Dragway. Real consistent times, looking forward to bracket racing in the spring.

Below is the best of 6 runs.
60ft - 2.02
1/8th - 9.88 @ 67mph

If I get rid of the 250# bumper and get rid of the mud tires I think I can be in the low 9's.

Love it when I stomp rice burners!
