No I do not. As long as you don't go playing in those other channells. There is very little issue. There are many 10 meter radio's on the roads today.
Just do your home work and do a google search for the brand radio your looking at. Fnd Cb forum's. You can learn alot about any model.
The first question to ask about any model. Receive quality. Very few people have the mike keyed all the time. So receive quality is an issue. That 29 I gave away. Had very poor receive. Whenever anyone would break the squelch setting their transmission always had static going over the top. I got tired of that real fast. I replaced that 29 with a Uniden PC78. It had a lot better receive. It got out as far as the cobra. It was also cheaper than a cobra.
The Uniden lost a board after a couple of years. I replaced it with a Connex 3300HP while the Uniden was being repaired. Let me tell you. Those blue LED's in a connex will light the whole inside of a 1st gen at night. It doesn't matter which way its mounted.
That Uniden died again this spring. That when I went to the Stryker.
That connex is mounted in a brief case. I use that when I am driving something that doesn't have a CB in it.
