NO Running lights

NO Running lights

hey guys so i was looking at my truck the other night and noticed that my blinker lights and fender lights dont come on with my cad lights like they should. the blinkers work as do the hazzards just no running lights or fenders any ideas i checked all the fuzes and all are okay just dont know were to look next ?????

Could be a bad ground
