There are no complete assurances in life.....the 14mm has worked fine for me, and for all people that haven't tried to spin 4,000rpm sled pulling with it. In my opinion, sled pulling isn't for non-automatic VE's.....it is for streetable trucks, and in that case a 14mm doesn't need to spin 4K to go to the store. Even the Rocken Tech versions have lasted in big fuel-system trucks that have run big injectors. Even if they do go bad, it is at full fuel and max rpms, which isn't most of the time. I have taken 1,000 mile trips with mine with the assurance if the pump does go south, it is within my 200 mile AAA range, because I know when I am being an idiot!
