If this thing keeps whooping me like it is I may break down and gauge it, but until I lose my interest it's not happening.
I drove it home with no filter on it. Boost stopped directly at 30psi, got there a bit faster, but still stopped. I will say this though, that S400 is still spooling. It was screaming it's heart out with no filter. You could hear the S300 as well, so I don't think there's any internal problems. It's either a horrific boost leak between them or the leak at the S300 V-band is worse than I think it is.
Or there is actually a shop rag in the S400 exhaust housing.
I'll fix the hotpipe sometime next week and see if that helps anything.
