Forgive me guys I'm still learnin' how to post pics. comotionman did you use a rad support from a later 1st gen along with the grill? I heard those psic's are really thick. Anyway thanks cmann250 for the link to the DTR post I referenced. I had to ditch my AC condenser so the IC would fit behind the center grill (still had to break out the dremel to shave down the plastic). I didn't have lower support brackets for the IC so I just fabbed up some with a small sheet of 1/16" aluminum I had. Here's the IC outlet:

I had to grind the battery tray corner for the pipe to make its way to the intake.
Here's the IC inlet:

I had to bash the inner fender well a bit with a small sledge to get the pipe to fit up.
I kept the stock throttle bracket and ground back a bit so it fit around the pusher intake:

I agree, nice job, man. I'll keep this in mind if I ever get around to changing mine.

Hey thanks. Being a noob this project took longer than I wanted. For the other first timers out there buy your parts first! I was excited to get this IC in so started cutting before I decided to not use the 2nd gen intake (way too much grinding my throttle bracket to make it work). I had to figure out which intake to buy then wait for it to get here, then I had to figure out the charge pipes (I made my own) and how to put a bead on them, along with a dozen other little tasks I had to figure out. Anyway I'm happy with the outcome. Now it's on to the turbo upgrade.
