Forgive me guys I'm still learnin' how to post pics. comotionman did you use a rad support from a later 1st gen along with the grill? I heard those psic's are really thick. Anyway thanks cmann250 for the link to the DTR post I referenced. I had to ditch my AC condenser so the IC would fit behind the center grill (still had to break out the dremel to shave down the plastic). I didn't have lower support brackets for the IC so I just fabbed up some with a small sheet of 1/16" aluminum I had. Here's the IC outlet:

I had to grind the battery tray corner for the pipe to make its way to the intake.
Here's the IC inlet:

I had to bash the inner fender well a bit with a small sledge to get the pipe to fit up.
I kept the stock throttle bracket and ground back a bit so it fit around the pusher intake:

After:

1990 W350. Getrag overfilled. Stock fuel. Stock turbo. M2 fuel pin. Hungry Diesel HVLP lift pump, 2nd gen IC w/ 3" Pusher Intake. Air bag set-up, onboard air. BD exhaust brake. Almost all 4" exhaust. Autometer's. Upgrades as money allows.
