3 and 1 gauges

just bought a new 3 and 1 gauge with egt boost and tranny temp how do i install the boost gauge, and what is better to mount the egt probe pre or post turbo?

The boost gauge should have an airtight line run from the gauge to the intake, directly under the intake horn is a bolt that you remove and plumb in your line......EGT probe pre-turbo is more accurate as the turbo will cool down the temp 200-300 degrees

Some people don't like that they aren't accurate like Autometer but for 1/3 of the cost, and just for monitoring like I did, I couldn't beat the cost...

You tell us when your pistons drain out with your oil.

Over the years I have seen lots of temps that are not correct. People are running huge injectors and they have low egt's with a small turbo. Some gauges ( all brands ) are just not exact.

Mine is accurate. The gauge is compact and cheap what else do you need?

First sensor is the boost. The circled one is the fuel pressure if you had got that with gauge.

thanks 1990 i got egt boost and tranny temp but im also getting a fuel pressure gauge seperatly did you get your fuel pressure in the combo gauge

Yes. 3n1 with fuel pressure instead of temp sensor.
