What is the tools that i need to replace my starter. What size is the enverted torque bolts. and the best way to get them out. thanks

I just did this a few weeks ago. I can't recall of the top of my head but I want to say the bolts were 15mm. It's a really simple job and the only thing that I had any sort of trouble with was one bolt getting the starter back on. You'll know which one I'm talking about when you get to it.

There 12 point heads. You'll need a 12 point socket. I believe mine where 12mm.

Mine may have been as well. I was thinking 12 or 15, but I'll go out and have a look in a minute to make sure.

well i got it off and it sucked i had those inverted torque bolts that were 15E and one of them stripped so i got the old tourch out so then i put regular metric bolts back in it so it will be easier next time i haft to remove the starter

That shouldn't be for a long while. I've had my truck close to five years and I just had to change mine a few weeks ago.
