It's got a .90 a/r exhaust housing.

That's a huge housing.... I would suggest going with a different exhaust housing.

What size exhaust wheel? I don't think the turbo has anything to do with your max boost being so low. I make more than 30 with stock injectors and a 63/68/.88 T4 turbo, and when I was running some 7x12, it made 47 psi. Get the boost leak fixed and then get back to us.

Fix the boost leak before you spend $700 on an exhaust housing. Even some JB weld slapped over the hole for testing purposes would be better than spending that much without making sure everything is right first.

You oughta be able to make more than 30psi no matter how big your housing is.

I would normally agree.... but with 6x16s, I see it being flooded out so hard down low that it never recovers. I've seen it a lot.

Either way, like mentioned... fix boost leaks first.

I'll fix the intercooler today and let you guys know, I'm pretty sure running more than 30 psi though, I had a hole in the hose going to my boost gauge, and thought I fixed it.

I'm getting 40 psi outta it, I still think something isn't right, I got a new hose for the boost gauge, I'm gonna buy a new intercooler, any ideas in where to get one ?

.91 will spool faster than a .88 due to the .91 being divided. Is it the .91 or a .90?

What are your egts like now? You are going to have egt issues with a 62, pretty much regardless (with 6x16s). Do you know what turbine size it has yet?

Not yet on the turbine size and Right now it's a non divided .90 housing, so you think I should get a divided t4 housing ?

If you're going to swing for a new housing.... go with a .80 T3 or a .83 T4.

Just epoxy/JB weld that hole, dude. It makes literally no sense to spend that much money chasing something like that...

Once it's not leaking, check for more leaks, then see what you have going on.
