The semi-junkyard for a pyro. Those are hard to find for cheap.

But, dial pressure gauges can be found at Harbor Freight. They are used to measure tire pressure. You can find ones that go up to 65 PSI for $1.49.

how do i hook up a tire pressure guage to my turbo. and would i need more than 65psi reading for a stage 4 compressor?

You wouldn't need more than 65 PSI unless you had twins or some very big single, or a single wayyy out of map.

It takes a bit of creativity to hook a tire pressure gauge to an NPT fitting. Shouldn't be too hard of a thing to do, ya know, but as far as I can find those fittings don't exist. I know a guy local that could make a line, but he'd charge a few dollars.

I just took an old QR-1 valve off the front axle of a class 8 that had a ripped diaphragm; replaced the QR-1 diaphragm with a valve stem out of an old tire, then screwed the gauge to the stem. Works great. 8)

If I did it again I'd probably take the gauge apart and see if there was a metal part on the inside I could tap for NPT.
