Turns out my fuel injectors are shot. They must be just slightly worn out because the truck still starts up and power doesnt seem to be down much.Although I just got a new throttle cable and linkage and it woke the truck up, so I could be missing a ton of power and not realize it...
I know that I am getting horrible MPG, sometimes hard starting(a couple of cranks instead of simply "breathing" on the key), and a unburnt fuel haze following me(it is very faint, but is still there.
I am looking at $1000 bucks to fix it.Thats 1/3 the value of the truck.Right now I sure as hell can't afford a repair like that.My my current income of $260 a month I have about $15 bucks left over that will take forever to buy injectors.I am thinking of selling it unless I can find a good used cheap set of injectors for a NON intercooled truck. Would anyone happen to have some used but good condition stock injectors? If not I suppose I could sell the truck and find a ramcharger for sub 1000 with a bad motor then find a frito lay truck...

I haven't pulled the injectors because dont they have seals and such? Also I wam worried about bending the fuel lines.
