Getting ready to install the head next week or so. Had special springs installed and an O-ring job done.. Cant wait. This is the best picture I can post..No close up photos..

Nice! I'm hopping to get a hold of used head to have the same stuff done to soon. Let us what kinda power gains you see.
Sold 91 now-intercooled W250, 388WHP 923WTQ on #2 only 423WHP 968WTQ on meth 0% correction.

just out of curiousity are you plannin on a big cam or something cause those look to be some pretty heavy springs?
93 w250 reg cab. rigged up stock downpipe to 4 inch to 5 inch exhaust from p.o. mild pump tweaks and all other stock for now. Project "smoke a little smoke". www.c-techperformance.com

ditto on what cam and did it get ported and polished?
'92 D350 cab and chassy,pump turned up with 1/8 timin,coaltriann 6x16 sticks,htt manifold,asa intake cooler tubez,south bend 13" clutch rebuilt G360,ps cooler,industrial super 62 phat shaft turbo,weldin bed.
12 Chevy 3500ltz lifted, deleted, and bed with sae 300 ss hood for new rig

The heavy valve springs could also be for higher RPM running- stockers are only dependable to about 3300rpm or so. Not saying I havent turned more, but I wouldnt recommend it on a daily basis.

I don't run a tach but the pump is set to govern at 3.5K right now.

Cam was installed over the weekend... All went well.. I cant wait to get some fuel to this thing!!

It is a shame you cut that mint core support to put the cam in. :cry: It looks like you have a lot of nice goodies on there though!! It should be a good reliable runner. Those look like chevy valve springs though is that a dual spring with dampner setup? What kind of seat pressure do you plan to run?

I will weld the core support back in and post a picture to make you feel better. I cant tell you the exact springs used. lol The builder is anal hush . hush. They are a single spring with dampner. Seat pressure is not super crazy I also have better valve seals installed in they some place.

Look in undies for skids- check
Sniff arm pits- check

Good for another week. :D
