To do it "right", you'll need tamper proof Torx bits.
Pull the upper column covers (Also Torx screws) to reveal the ignition switch assembly, which is held in with 3 tamper-proof torx screws.
If the column is a tilting one, unscrew the tilt lever before you remove the upper covers.
Another way would be to unbolt the rag joint from the column.
