Is money an issue? EDM 6x16s seem to be good power makers, though may be little much if you plan on keeping hx35. 6x12s would do good also. If money is an issue, keep what you have for now, get a DennyT stage 2 fuel pin. Good power adder for $100. Piston LP is a good idea to keep the VE wet.

What leads you to believe you have the pump maxxed out? The collar on the fuel screw will come off, but I wouldnt do it before adding a fuel pressure gauge. Heck, I wouldnt run Bully DOg 90s with a stock pump and no FP gauge.

You need to decide what you want in the end and build toward it- buy it once. Or buy it, decide it aint enough and sell it to me for half of retail ;) :D . The BD 90s will spool a HX40 or S300 just fine. 4" exhaust never hurt anyone, either. Get my drift? Get some guages, and establish a baseline, though. Pyro, fuel pressure, boost, tach.

I'm going to be testing some 6x16s soon with an upgraded stock turbo, I'll let ya know how it does.....I think you'll be pretty happy for a while with the pump and injectors.

The 6x16s are a custom deal. You have to call the shops to find out about them. Anyplace that does custom EDM work on injectors can make you a set (in theory). Some shops are better than others, though.
