Sounds like P Pump stuff. That is second gen stuff. We mostly deal with 89 to 93 VE powered trucks.

Yup, p-pump is 94 to 98. I'll help you with the other terms too. Just don't tell the other guys I was this nice, I don't wanna ruin my rep. ;)

A 3 or 4 gsk is a 3 or 4000 rpm governor spring kit.
DV's are the delivery valves in the injection pump (IP) The numbers are the sizes.
5x .016 or.018 are injector sizes. 5 holes, .016 or .018 diameter holes.
You shouldn't need the titanium keepers unless you are revving it way up and keeping it there for very long. And you probably don't need the DV's either. Unless you are building a real racer, and looking for 5-600 horsepower or more.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

If the truck is a daily driver, you'll want to limit yourself to around 400-450rwhp. After that, you'll need a 14mm h/R for the VE, which has proven to be very unreliable with daily driving, because it needs a lot of fuel to cool it. If you P-Pump it though, 600rwhp shouldn't be a problem.

Generally it's easier and cheaper to just swap a 2nd Gen 12 Valve engine in, rather than finding all the parts needed for a swap. Plus you'll have 2 running engines so you could sell the VE stuff pretty easy.
