Don't force the screw in any farther! There is a shoulder inside that the o-ring on the screw seals on. Mess that up and it will be leaking around the screw and you'll be putting a pump top on it.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Will it hurt it if it's bottomed right out or should I back it off a little?

Its there, leave it. I had to back mine out 4 full turns when I put in big injectors so mine is no longer maxed out.

Ok I'll check to see if it's leaking, it's tight but not too tight! Ever sinse tho, it's starts choking at wide open throttle and it's very hard to start now....is that my lift pump going? I just have the stock lp. But my pumps maxed n I hve 75 POd's!

HOw do I get a runaway then? Can u grind the screw down?

I backed mine out because it was pushing 55 to 60 psi of boost with the new sticks. I wanted to stay around 45. :D My H1C sucks hard core on drive pressure. I bet with a good flowing turbo I would loose 5 to 8 psi of boost.

The fuel screw can be lengthened to get more adjustment. I just welded a bolt the same OD as the end of the fuel screw, and ground it down smooth. Just be careful to protect the threads on the screw from weld spatter. 3/16" longer is more than enough.

If you don't know how it works maybe you shouldn't be playing with it. Just a suggestion.

its not the end of the pin bottoming out its the shank, therefore if u lengthen the end it will be that much longer when u bottom the sucker out, like pete says it bottoms on the oring so be carefull

Glad to read that this is a known thing, since I just noticed the same thing today while messing with my truck. (turn screw till it bottoms out but could still go more re: not showing any signs of runaway)
