turbulence is a bad thing if you're looking to make max power/tq. it will run just fine if you didn't do anything though. you'd just be missing a little potential power

You don't need head studs to make power, really high boost then yes head studs will help, but i think 350hp is pretty doable with the stock gasket and head bolts. especially if you re torqued them.
