Randy, why don't you swap the pump tops from your spare motor and put the afc arm back in it. That one never leaked! Good luck on the seal though.

Do you have a ground or aftermarket control pin?

Both a grounded one that isn't ground too bad still has a lot of meat on it, and a ddp pin also

It doesn't take too much grinding on the deep side of a stock pin to be too much and to cause a leak by allowing the pin to travel too far. I have seen this with several aftermarket pins as well. Not all pumps are made the same and a couple thousandths here and there can add up to trouble with one and none with another. I would recommend turning your cone to the shallow unground side for a bit and see if your leak quits. It is the cheapest fix you can get if it works.

The grounded pin is barley grounded not like the last one which was almost cut off the pin its self.I put the other top on last night with no afc and no leak what I'm goin to try and do is take every thing apart and reseal the top and turn the factory pin to stock and see how it does.why does it leak with only a lill grinding, when I check how much pin should be stickin out of the allen head

No the night and day is when you reinstal the shut off plunger and it won't shut off the truck but cut off over half the fuel when 1 clip comes off.so I redid the clips and now all good
