All I'm going to say is that they (my KTA at least) seem to handle high rpm just fine.

Hey I'm looking at moving again, my truck might actually get some non-burnout use :D

It would make one mean little drag truck, if it could hook up of course.

I've spun mine up to 3500rpm or so. It seems to like it just fine.

mine has been to 4700 rpm in first gear twice while pulling
usually run first to 3800 rpm and it carries 35-3600 rpm in second gear

it definitely doesnt like the higher rpms as we did find it did gall some pieces inside when we were checking out timing piston issues

When I got mine built, the pump shop set it to de-fuel(?) at 3700 rpm. The truck really sings now! Still need to further upgrade the fuel system though...I can feel it fall off as the LP looses pressure. Gotta be careful!

spin past 3200? lol - easy stick yur foot in it, lol - easy that is when you have a larger governor spring (4200) in it that is.

Actually a properly set up pump with a 3200 spring in it will run to about 3400 rpm before it falls off

My 4200 spring would run to 4700 rpm
