Took it out today to see what you were talking about, Hineman. The only gaskets I had on it were the manifold to head ones, the rest was just tightened down best I could get it.(I've got the gaskets, but I don't want to forget something and have to buy all new ones when I have to take it apart.)
Anyways, I got it wound up to around 40PSI after it warmed up a bit. With the exhaust dumping right under the truck between the cab and the bed, the S300 could just barely be heard. The S400 seems to just get wound up right as I shift in normal driving, so it lets out a really nice noise between shifts.
I can't wait to get my gaskets all in it this week and see what it can actually do.
