The VE pump fuel hard to that point. The 2200 will be the stock 2800 RPM and the 2900 is the 3200 RPM spring we all (except the old guy in the NW side of the country. Sorry Rich! ) love to swap in.

The VE, in order to maintain a max RPM limit, starts cutting the fuel off after so many RPM's before flat lining at the springs tension.

The thing to worry about when selecting the turbo is what RPM's you will be pushing most. If all you do is tow and occasionally play, the smaller turbine will help. If you race constantly, get the bigger one. At higher RPMs, the smaller one will "choke" and get hot.

I called Mark today for S&G's. He recommended a 64/71/12 for what the info I gave him on my truck. The thing is the price... $1675. That is pretty much II/HTT/PDR/ATS etc etc pricing. I am sad now.

Not to start a price war, but according to HTT's site, it's $2100 for that turbo. http://www.htturbo.com/ht71.htm. Granted you can usually save a buck or two if you buy from an HTT dealer and not direct, but $400?

Call Forced Inductions. Not seen anyone even close to their prices on anything I've asked about.

He was a $1000 cheaper for the same spec 2.6 charger I was priced from the big name companies.

I don't know how much a 2.6 charger is, but that sounds promising.

Well....I put on my silver 64/74/14 along with a PDI exhaust manifold......Took it for a ride and all I can say is not impressed....my little H1C had a little more grunt on the low end....but this does pull harder from 2300 R.P.M. and up... but not nearly as much as I would like....I cant get more than 35 lbs of boost....will not go past... my little H1C hit 34 lbs....

I'm guessing I need more fuel....as I only have 5 x 12's :|
