S366 for 2.6" or S364 for 2.5" turbo limits.

Something like 66/78/14 or 64/74/14 I believe are good sizes.

I'd be curious at how fast the turbo is really spinning. 58psi is gnarly, but I bet it would be more like 40-45psi with an intercooler.
I'd check your timing too.

How do you check actual timing on these engines.

Braving 106* temps out today I got the cooler in the old truck and took it for a drive.Makes 50psi and after a very long hard run in drive it finally hit the 1650 warning light.Im still hot but it took it 3 times longer to get there and it wasnt 1800.

I have thought about it.The one nise thing about a cluttered engine compartment is if you add a couple black nylon lines in the mess most people will never look.Oh what the hell you talked me into it.

Sneak an aftermarket cam in there thus dropping the EGTs more by allowing more air through the engine (and dropping the peak boost number). ;)

raced a Durtymax on the highway today, pegged my pyro for a good 10 seconds  ....took a picture afterwards, going like 90(speedo is way off)..3/4 throttle, racing up towards the 1500 degree mark like it was going to hit and bend the needle.

...but I beat the d-max 8) , at the light after the short highway run he said his pyro-limiter cut fuel at 117 :D
