CPP has NO quality control over their injectors. They have been known to be hit and miss. Check on CompD.

AFAIK, SDX and Schied are both reputable injector builders.

Your buying the name. There is no reason injectors should cost that much.

X2 on the crazy injector prices! But I guess if ya want a good performing injector you'll have to pay the price.

I am going to pick up a set of 6x0.016 saturday. I wish I had a engine together to test them right now, I feel they are going to do well. I am going to be getting some 4 hole's before long as well. I have access to a dyno and we will see what makes more power...the 4's, 5's, or 6's.

Where are you getting the 6 hole injectors at? Have you done anything with that head?

Fooled with the timing, backed it off some, and the truck runs sooooo much better. So now I think I am gonna stick with the 7x.015's and get an exhaust manifold. Really don't want to break an ear off the head that I got a pretty good amount of flow in. This will leave me with more unspent coinage, any one have any ideas on what else I could do for some more gitupandgo?

I've already got heavier valve springs. I never even thought about a cam. With the luck everyone has been having with the Hamilton 188/220, I ought to get one.

It seams to be working now. I replaced all the electrical connections and cleaned out the nozzles.

60 pounders are not heavy duty valves springs. You need 110's with an aggressive cam. Hamilton recommends 110 with their 188/220.

It's got 110's or 150's in it now. I can't remember which ones I got.
