I hit 301 with intake, exhaust, a fuel pin, and ddp4 injectors through a 727 with a converter, so I think your goal sounds reasonable.
Edit: oh, that was also on a stock turbo with no i/c :D

Where do I find a regulator for one of those 2nd gen pumps and how much are they? Hard to install?

This combo made 353Hp and 747 Torque:

My truck is a '85 W350 Crew Cab, it is lifted 6" and has 315/75/16 tires with 3.54 gears. It is powered with a '92 CTD with the following mods:

  • ISSPRO Boost, fuel pressure, pyro gauges
  • South Bend Con O clutch
  • 5 x .014 injectors
  • HTT 62/65/13
  • Source Automotive (Diamond Eye) 4" turbo back, straight pipe exhaust
  • BHAF
  • Piston Lift pump, 3/8" feed line, 5/16" return
  • A1 studs with OEM gasket
  • 3200 RPM governor spring
  • Turned full fuel screw several (6?) turns (on the edge of runaway)
  • Timing advanced 3/8"
  • Starwheel is up 4 turns from bottom, pin is shallow side forward, smoke screw all the way out (When I did this the smoke was greatly reduced and spool-up was noticeably faster)
    KSB hotwired

With this setup I was hitting 40lbs of boost. With the KSB switch off I was ~325/725. I did not like the "rattle" that came with the timing bump, so I have since pulled the timing back to stock and added a M&H timing spacer, I have also added M&H M2 fuel pin. I am now running 48 lbs of boost... I have not been on the dyno again, but the "assometer" says I gained a significant amount of torque. Next week I am installing a ported/oringed head, I then will hit the rollers again, I am hoping to see 380hp and 850 torque.

There aren't many things that bother me, but hood stacks on street trucks is certainly one of them. They look dumb and worst of all are unsafe. Not only do you run the risk of running exhaust fumes into your cab, but they also get soot all over your windshield, even the fine stuff that you can't se gets on there, then at night you wonder why it is hard to see, so you turn your wipers on and hit the spray to wash them off. Now you have a nice oil slick on your windshield so everytime headlights hit it it looks like you are crashing into a rainbow and you can't see out! Do it right and do it safe and put a down pipe on it!!

Is there a Coolertubz.com or do I have to contact TWorline personally?

hey-Hey!!!,
Consider one of the electrics that is OK with Diesel. I have the Carter 4601 in my 1990 and it is serving well. Install was simple( powered it with a relay tripped off the fuel shut-off on the IP). It is set for 16 psi, and well over the flow requirements of a motor much wilder than mine.
cheers,
