500 on stock IP, nope. You would be lucky to get 450 with extensive head work, cam, ect.

KTA made 480hp with 12mm h/r. So with alot of work and alot of help 450-500hp is doable.
Check up KTAs post about injection pump test, it has good info of what the injection pump can do.

What class are u looking to pull in, because a single turbo with 500hp VE may take some time to spool on the street.

Not to be slamming Bill's ride, but big numbers on a dyno doesn't necessarily work out to big numbers on the track.

I just saw this and thought "2.6" VE are now possible..."

For $550, this maybe what a VE needs to get competitive.

If you want an explanation, let me know. I can 'splain it.

With a DIVIDED turbo exhaust housing, exhaust goes to both sides of the divide. Now, adding this helps to improve the spool up of the turbo by diverting the all gasses to hit the exducer (biggest part of the turbine "fan") thus improving spool up. Kinda like taking a garden hose and covering half of the end with your thumb.

Once boost hits a certain #, it starts opening the flapper allowing full flow of the compressor without getting drive pressure and EGT's too high.

I read 10-15#'s it starts opening and 30-40#'s fully open.

It will probably have a T6 foot. As of right now, there isn't one made for that AFAIK. Whats the model number?

I'd run the 47RH so you have the option to downshift and keep the rpms up.

If it is a GT4094R, then the compressor wheel looks too big to pass tech... :?

Anyone know if a 68mm inducer would pass as-is? Meaning no stepped or custom covers?
