Postby nojackwayne » Thu Oct 30, 2008 9:42 pm

hey guys, who has used a b1 on their first gen? I can get one, dont have the spec on it yet though.

generally someone comes up with a really thorough explanation around here.(what sizes, boost #'s, personal pref. etc, etc.)

any input is welcome
thanks.

I have a B1 bomber lying in the shop from a 3rd gen application. I havent tried it yet but might attemp it this weekend. When I called the distributer about it they told me slightly larger comp and bigger turbine housing then stock 3rd gen. So basically it should be about a 60mm comp and 12 or 14mm turbine section. They should support around 400rwhp.

There were several versions of the "B-1" Bomber turbos. I made 480+rwhp with one on a 12mm pump, but it was the 62/71mm .80AR version.

Mine is the 57/64/14 S300G. It works good for me at 300 hp. Borge Warner says mine will support 350 to 400 hp.

I guess the spec on this one is supposed to be 58/64/12. Now I just have to get off my wallet and get it :violin:
