370's are considered a 60 hp injector in a second gen. from the injector info chart it says that 370's are 5x.012. so a 90hp injector would have to be bigger right?

I think, and Im sure if Im wrong I will be corrected, you are trying to compare apples and oranges. IF I understand correctly the HP rating is for that gen of truck so while a 60hp injector may be 60hp for a 2nd gen the same size and number of holes may be 100hp on a 1st gen. While the numbers are made up you get the idea. Also if you are looking at using your injectors out of your 98 into your 90 they wont work the pop pressure is different, the nozzles MAY work but Im not sure if the spray angle is the same

i think it's the other way ,

if it's a " 60 hp 2nd gen " injector , the same size injector will make less hp on a first gen due to the lower injector pop pressure .

Anyways if you looking to use the injectors out of the 98 you can but only the tips cause the bodies are slightly different from p-pump to ve injectors
90 W250 4x4 5spd pump Ve cranked wide open, BHAF, HX35 with all 2.5" intake piping, and 4" straight piped
92 W250 4x4 5spd P-pumped B1B over B2 are on and now slippy clutch
