For some reason I have a flatbed fetish.
I really dig the Mortiz aluminum beds, but IDK if I'll go that way or not. I'm trying to save money because me and the wife are going to have a new addition to the family in August. 8)

Your truck is gonna be a sleeper like JQ's! Stomp on it and it will just sit at the line... burning rubber.

Eh, at least mine will burn BOTH back tires.

I'll have to make a tractor weight holder to hang off the hitch.

Is your 180 4inch between or 6 inch I have the same setup in progress and your route is a lot nicer way than how i was going to do mine and will make my 5inch down pipe much easier to hook up

@ StLD250 and corrtoyz,

That setup is DLittle's. Dana sold the truck and got a 3rd gen I believe, so he hasn't been on here as much.

Dazed, I've been trying to get everything I want done to it and I'm not there yet, but I am closer. I'm going to have the cab painted sometime in the near future, and do the aluminum flatbed, etc. Here are some pics and a video.

Hellman sump and a stainless ball valve.

Airdog 150 setup for a p pumper. Bracket cutdown some and rounded so it doesn't cut my gut when I need to slide under the truck.

Return line in the top of the tank.

1/2" line to the pump.

I'm still trying to figure out the haze. When the old pump was on it, it had very very little haze. I'm not sure if the haze is because of the new pumps attitude and bigger delivery valves, or if I have another issue. I took the injectors out and they checked fine. They were within 2 BAR of each other. Checked compression and everything there seems fine. Maybe I just need more timing. :? There is new onroad fuel in the tank (about 10 gallons) but I did dump a whole gallon of 2 stroke oil in there too, so it may clear up some when that's gone.

Old setup.

Glad to see your making progress. I still have those front adapters and rotors to convert to dual wheel if you go that route.

I'm not sure what I'm doing yet, but I'll let you know.

A sorta local guy is supposed to be sending me pics of wheels and everything, but he hasn't done it yet.

I told Hineman to call the guy and hassle him, but I think Andrew is afraid he'll beat him up for bothering him.

Oh damn, I didn't even think about that. I'm going out right now to put my compressor housing back on.
