Just busted my oil pressure sensor on the block.1992 W250. Will a second gen sensor be the same?

Pretty sure not. Check Genos Garage, they have pics of them to make sure you get the right one. Someplace between 91 and 93 they changed them too.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Should be the same. My 96 has the same as my 92 does.

Well I did some research and found out that "some" 2nd gens have the same pressure sensor and some have one with a different pin-out for the wire hook-up...

Checking the Genos catalog, '90 to '93 take the same as '94 to '98, 12 valve, 2 prong connector. On the next page it says '94 to '98 2 prong connector, but it's shaped different. 1st gens and some 2nds are oval plug with round prongs, the other 2nd gen one is almost square with 2 flat prongs offset to the bottom.

The part number for the 1st gen one is 3923200. This is the number in the Genos book and it may be a Cummins part number, it looks like one.
