I looked at that and said "that looks ok". Then I realized that it looks like there are 2 bottoms in the bucket. What is that brown crap?

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Make them pay for everything from fuel tank to injector nozzle. Any clue as to what that is in the bottom of the buckets?

Nodda clue,I'm taking every drop to them in the morning. I one guy up the road from my said he wasn't sure if they'd make good on the repair to his truck, said some in the past had issues with their fuel and couldn't make them pay for the repairs. Reckon I'll find out :(

I didn't think they would do anything about it. My brother has a superduty, he filled it up at the pilot truck stop here about a year or so ago and it was full of water. About every 25-30 miles he would have to pull over and drain it. He's always bought diesel there and they wouldn't do anything about it, $1?? wasted.

Here's the results from the pop test of the injectors.
Image
None leaked out the nozzle, all definitely sprayed fuel. You all still think this is what's making the truck run this way,I know the pressure being off would make it run like crap, but the hard starts and the fuel creeping out the exhaust housing now?

The issue with pressure isn't that big a deal the main thing is that they chatter when they spray, if they just spray they need work. They should distinctively make a rapid chatter sound when they pop off. it should look like a cloud of fuel more so than a spray.
