Had plenty of fuel left over to burn. 63/68 turbo dropped that down to 1400. Went to 5x14 injectors didn't notice much if any performance gain and went up to 1500 on the pyrometer.

I melted my early 91' engine down with stock injectors and young foolish behavior. Now the stock injectors In The intercooled newer truck leave a little to be desired. I've been in multiple trucks where 1000 degrees is all they could hit.

I know the N/IC trucks have larger injectors. Thats why both of mine are 89s.The OP has a 90 with the 4X13 injector and I just dont see a reason for more fuel. Unless he throws more air at it and a intercooler.
