You will want larger injectors for twins yes. That is why i went 5x14's, should be enough for towing twins in the future.

With 5x12 and my 60mm hx35/ hx55 combo I could barely hit 1000degrees and 47 psi. Ran cool. 5x14s would compliment small twins well I would hope.

sutter1stgen your twin setup is what i want i guess i could run 5x16s and still be good the truck is never gonna really do any work i cut the frame on it to fit a short bed and lowering it on 1/2 ton suspension i also plan to convert to a 47rh trans the only uses is daily driver for fuel mileage and having fun and take to the track i have my 6.4 and 7.3 f350 if i need a truck

I've always wanted to repower a 1/2 ton 2wd, chop down a 3/4 ton 2wd and lower it on some nice 18" rims. Light, little hwy cruiser. When John had these turbos on his truck he towed to Texas and back from California with quite a heavy load. He was running pod injectors with a maxed out pump. Could t get the truck over 1200 degrees. Well with 5x16s I'm sure you coould heat thins up a little. Hahaha.
