Pushrod Cover Gasket replace?

My ride a 1993 Dodge Ram D350 Cummins. Is it possible to change the pushrod cover gasket without pulling the injection pump?

There is one bolt behind the injection pump. If by some chance you did get it out. You wouldn't be able to get it back in.

I want to pull off the Engine . In this case it is easier?
