93 W350 ext cab dually, getrag and a few adjustments

Is that due to the flux capacitor putting out too many jigawatts?

No its from me screwing something up upon ressembly. I've had the pump off the truck 4 times this week. We now have a 205 pump on it I built. It doesnt run near as god as the 114 pump did though

Looks like you made a few extra parts. Thats not good.

By 114 you must mean 184 pump? Must've quit running in a hurry from the looks of it.
'90 D250 R/C,727,IC,6x.009's,1/8" bump,fuel psi,straight pipe w/5" stack.
'90 W250 R/C,47rh,K@N,HX35,1/8" bump,2nd gen IC,boost,egt,trans temp.3.07's.
'96 2500 S/C L/B,2wd,NV5600,3.54 L/S,cai,egt,pacbrake,mbrp exhaust,10 plate.
Bring back the Bank of Canada, PRE- 1974.

Not slamming anyone, but I'm betting trying to turn it over before installing it would have produced a binding or stopping point in it.
You don't get damage like that unless something came apart, or was bound up in the first place.

While you have this nice picture of parts would it be possible to point out the Head and Control Springs?

Head and Rotor control springs.
Actually, I mis spoke, they are rotor control springs, bad habit on my part.
These have broken and can cause the pump to function erratically.
