It is not commong for a seal to blow at 15 psi.... it has and does happen though. Keep in mind that the seal is only "rated" at 14 psi, and of course most of our seals have a few hundred thousand miles on them.

However, as a rule fo thumb... one is safe to 15 psi.

P.S. Air dog can send you different springs to chance the psi, if one would like to do that.

I've got to stay ahead of you guys.

There's been a couple of cam swaps as well.

My air mess to date amounts to:

Thinking air IN - OUT . . .

- True 100% cold air intake.
- Custom BHAF.
- 4" primary feed with ED butterfly shutoff.
- HT3B* primary with a 21 ? cm exhaust housing.
- 3" cold pipe.
- S362* secondary with a waste-gated 14cm exhaust housing.
- 3" IC plumbing
- Custom Hellman IC (stupid 22" x 32" x 3" or there abouts core with 1/2" bar passages. I can't remember).
- TwinRam intake-log feed-horn.
- A fairly decently ported head from PDR
- Steel Hamilton 188/220 cam, his stg1 push-rods, valve-springs, retainers and locks. 24v lifters.
- Cleaned-up ATS 3-piece exhaust manifold*.
- 4" down-pipe to just past the transfer-case where it swells to 5" on out to past the rear axle.
- BHM (there's a 5" Y-pipe just before the BHM for a temporarily installed 5" stack for race-day ;) ).
- All charge-air plumbing is effectively port-matched.

* The turbo-charger, compressor housings are externally coated with a heat-shedding coating.
* The turbo-charger, exhaust housings and exhaust manifold are internally coated with a heat reflective coating to keep heat from transferring to the exhaust housing metal. The exterior is coated with a heat retaining coating to help keep the heat in the housing.

Sitting here, looking at that list . . . . . . . . .
