What is this?

I guess this is a light. by my headlight switch. It looks like a rocker switch, but it's not. It does not move. Does anyone know what it's for? I don't think I've ever seen one before. And it's never come on. Don't know if it's even connected.
93, W350, auto, DTT convertor, 4.10's, GDS 60mm with 14cm, piston l/p, 2nd gen air horn. 366 spring. boost, and pyro.
91, W250, 360 gas, auto, 4.10

It's not a factory switch, but definitely a rocker switch. Maybe the PO had foglights or something on it and melted it and that's why it won't move. You may not want to look in there if it's melted.
