 We're talking about a sled puller's mods.

He indicated to me that he had a hybrid on Saturday. His suspension is very well thought out. I took mental notes ;)

I was just curious on how much fuel/air he is running.

I've talked to a few people who have been inside of his truck and they said it was CRAZY fast.

I always find it funny when guys get "good luck with the 400 hp goal" answer. Very helpful. . . . I think it's all about what youre willing to spend. I am 100% positive I could break 400+ hp with the right amount of money. probably $12,000+ would do it. I don't find that a crazy amount of money considering the price of newer diesels. I already have a list of mods to reach such a goal.. From what I have read, it seems most people throw a few mods on, make some black smoke, then make 250hp on a dyno , and decide that's as good as it gets. My advice would be to search around on who's making big power such as "project rust bucket" and take notes. You can have a classic truck with some impressive diesel power if youre willing to spend some cash in the right places.
