BC is on the right track, I don't know why I didn't think of EGT/boost numbers right off the bat.

Think I found the problem after she warms up she starts leaking fuel from the fuel heater, and from the bottom of the water in fuel sensor, and out of two different spots on the injection pump. This truck rarely sees pavements and after being parked on some concrete after a 70 mile drive I noticed a spot of diesel spreading 2 feet from the truck. I then started her back up and observed the wallet draining leaks.

Now I'm curious why all of a sudden I replaced the fuel filter 2 months ago and everything was dry and clean. Would playing with the pump settings increase the fuel systems pressures that could cause all these sudden leaks?

Many have done away with the water in fuel light because of it leaking. As for the IP pump leaks you have to realize our trucks are now 20-24 years old and these leaks will start to develop randomly. Sounds like its time for a reseal and do away with you wif sensor.

Ya that's pretty much what I've bee thinking. I got the bosch seal kit and did the pump top and throttle shaft seals a few years ago. Only trying to avoid having to have her out of commission to remove the pump and reseal it.

How do you decide if a pump with 315k on it should be resealed or is worn out?

Well if it was running play and not missing or surging I would just reseal it. Most reman pumps you see on eBay and such seem to just be cleaned up, resealed and painted anyway.
