Leaking fuel in the engine bay

I have a couple leaks that have shown their head in the engine bay. One is what i believe to be the fuel heater to block area, at first i thought it was just the WIF sensor plug thing but the insulation around the wires have seperated from the wires and the weather pack is engorged in fuel. I already ordered the "upgrade" filter but am wondering if/ how the heater part started leaking. I would like to retain the heater because I now live in michigan and with the timing I have and the inability to plug the truck in.

Then theres this mess.

I am unsure as to where the leak may be coming from. The bottom rear of the pump is dry as is the top. The only area that is wet is the front near the gear case. I have never seen it drip, or actual fuel coming from anywhere up there, but I can clean it off and then drive on the highway and it reappears.

Both of these leaks have been present for a couple months, but have not been on the top of my list. Now that I'm driving more for work I am trying to prevent any fuel loss as to get the best mpg.

Geno's Garage has fuel heaters for a reasonable price. Usually the sealing o-ring dries up and cracks, causing the leak. But I had one that leaked thru the pins in plug area, so if you see it there you need a new heater.
The leak in the front, try loosening the fuel line, then tighten the adapter into the pump. Mine was leaking there when I went to SOP. I didn't want to mess with it 600 miles from home, then found the adapter just needed to be snugged up. Hold the line towards the front when you tighten the it. I think my line was loaded by tightening the nut and the vibration caused it to pull the adapter loose.

I installed the fuel filter "upgrade" and since the new filter I have not noticed a leak from that area.

The leak from the front of the pump looks to be more on the back side of the pump and not the fuel line. I believe that the fuel line just got excess "blow by" fuel
