Whats the deal with a hole in the block?
Fleet of Junk: 1989 D350 627rwhp 1300 tq B-1/Hx60 twins, KTA pump/injectors, ported head, BIG fuel supply. 13.75@ 109.5mph 1/4: 1992 W350 Cab-chasis, 1993 W350 ext cab cust.370 inj Hx40/16cm 290rwhp hydroboost brakes,1984 D350 crew-cab another project.

i was racin a vette in 4x4 the fron d shaft broke and my shortened 32 spring let it free rev to a ittle over 5k with the water and nitrous on and it tossed a rod ooooppps.
92 w250, NV4500, D80, maxed pump, AFC gone, extended fuel screw, more to come.

buy a 2nd gen for a daily driver

they ride great and get really good milage

and they have a little potential too - if you are into hot roddin

im happy with the 20's i got when it ran. i just studded and oringed the damn thing so i really need to find a good bottom end floatin around for cheap but cheap and cummins is an oxymoron

honestly, i would look for a good deal on a 2nd gen

you can steal the rr end out of it, the 4500 if ya get a manual, all the p-pump p[arts, and there is your killer bottom end

and they are cheap right now

well the 06 vette still lost in front of like 40 people so it was worth it. im goin to look at a wrecked 96 4x4 for 1800 if it still runs im buyin it

so your not stickin with a ve sorry to hear that

i just got mine up and running today
i cant belive how quiet it is with the twins, but i have one problem

i started the truck let it run for a little while played with the pettle 2000rpms are so then i left it fo a minut then shut it off, i go back 5 mins later and the truck wont start i got fuel pressure going to the ic pump but no start any suggestions

no if it runs i will be just using the block and rotating stuff from the p pump engine and addin that extra stuff to the pile of p pump stuff i have layin around. i have spent to much on the ve so far lol. hows your hot rod ve comin along?

its ready to go just waiting for the cam i cant seem to find one anywere, if i had one it would be done,
i found a spring loaded seal that will work but i have to bore the of the pump out 1 mm to fit, so if you seal is an exact fit i would like to try the one you found first, any part numbers would be much appreciated

Dang no kiddin! And to think I was skeered to spray a little bottle through mine. Now I have to, since everyone else is blowin stuff up! :D

lol this is the first major cummins carnage i have had. with my s 10 i blew the one and two cylinders of a few factory 4 bolt chevs until bought a used donovan block

Oh btw, got some new dyno numbers, 287/624. Thing is fueling hard down low now....can't tell ya what we did though, gotta save some stuff for the mag :D
