92 D350 Cab and Chassis. Auto stock, wiring gremlins. 330k miles
92 W250 Ext cab rotted completely out. Auto, pump maxed, 215 ppump nozzles, Denny T2 pin.
85 D350 single wheel, converted to cummins, getrag, turned up 2 turns and afc screw flush.

Well....the 4wd dp didnt fit good on the 2wd crew. The dp was to short, actually the biggest problem was the last bend in the pipe. It bent upward which caused problems with the trans crossmember. I got it to work by using the piece that follows the frame and then i just ran a straight piece back and dumped it right after the cab. If i used the piece over the rear axle it was going to put the pipe 6inches from the rear tire. If i moved it back the arch was behind the rear.

It bending upwards is a poor problem they have with their 4x4 downpipes..... on a large percentage of trucks that d/p pointing upwards won't connect to the 2nd piece on the 4x4 trucks.

Must have been lucky on my 4wd lol. If it would have came straight back i believe i could have gotten the majority of it to fit. But im uncertain since i couldnt use the 4wd transfercase pipe.
