they are not hard to build at all i just have alot of time and money in flow improvements on everything internal along with a few things i guess are no longer available at the time??? if this does turn out makin power and stayin alive i will be happy to build someone a pump like mine just for the cost of parts and machine work which so far has been around 700 bucks give or take a few.
92 w250, NV4500, D80, maxed pump, AFC gone, extended fuel screw, more to come.

i just cant figuar out what your changing for flow inprovments i know of the intake and there a few other things but i can do tht with a high speed honner

well there is alot of extrude honing done on the pump body and the 14mm h&r because there are alot of areas that you cant get to. there are alot of mods on the vane pump to increase its flow but not its pressure. of course the higher lift cam plate. my 14mm h&r also has had some work done to accept larger delivery valves from a different larger pump. also i did some work on the inlet to get alot more flow and accept a larger line and actually benifit from it. plus the larger injector lines i have been testin with and the very large sticks.

so did you change the teads on the 14mm so you can put ppump dv's

yes they are i little larger along with some more flow improvement on the passages to them
