So here's where The Roo Hunter has been sitting all winter
This afternoon I grabbed a couple of shovels, and dug her a path so I could pull her into the shop. Once there I pulled my turbo and downpipe, then noticed just how much rust had formed on my steed speed.
then off came the manifold
I decided to media blast my manifold, so into the cabinet it went (I didn't take a picture of it after because it isn't all blasted (my cabinet is really lame and requires way more effort than I was willing to expend))
So I stuffed the manifold back on upside down, tried and failed to get the short studs off, so I tossed my s480 in there, threw my spacer on, followed by my s300. since one of my studs went in wrong initially it's long enough that I could put a nut on even with the spacer, and cinch it down
See. The steed speed is all silvery rather than the standard black. Then I grabbed some of the piping I got last week and got to work figuring out how to route it. 3 cuts later, and voila
And that's where I stopped for the night. I'll try to get the steel for my hotpipe tomorrow and get a start on that
